General Yoga Courses (Protocol)

Yujyate Iti Yoga: The word yoga is derived from Sanskrit root “yuj” meaning “to join”.

 

1. Prayer - The general yoga course starts with the following prayers:

 

‘‘ om samgachchhadhvan sanvadadhvan, san vo manaansi jaanataam deva bhaagan yatha poorve sannjaanaana upaasate ..

2.      Practice of movement / relaxation (Loosing Practice)
